Highlights From CES 2012: Inside The Scene of OS 7.1 for BlackBerry Devices
Another great thing that BlackBerry released OS 7.1 for the devices capable. The OS brings so much more to the devices than before and works great. We have a list of some of those features and the interview from Inside BlackBerry that gives you an inside view.
Check out the video and watch it in action, and we鈥檒l go over a few points. We鈥檝e been waiting for OS 7.1, trying to be patient, and the release came with the week of CES. If your device has alerted you to update, do it now. The benefits are worth it. What鈥檚 new? Here鈥檚 a few of those things:
- Wi-Fi hotspot
- BlackBerry Tag
- FM Radio
- Contextual deals via BlackBerry Travel and BlackBerry Maps
- Voice navigation in BlackBerry Traffic
- Wi-Fi calling
I was really happy to know we would be experiencing the hotspot for the first time, BlackBerry Tag thanks to the NFC, and the updated apps.
