Asus and NVIDIA work on ESC 1000 supercomputer
ASUS has annouced its first desktop supercomputer,ESC 1000.By means of NVIDIA Tesla computing,ESC 1000 achieves 1.1TFlops.聽
ESC 1000 measures 445脳217.5脳545 mm.It features one聽3.33 GHz Intel Xeon W3580 CPU, 24GB of RAM, plus a Quadro FX 5800 graphics card and three Tesla c1060 cards for a total of 960 Processing Cores.ESC 1000 comes with two nForce 200 chips,24GB DDR3-1333 memory,500GB SATA 3Gbps hard drive and 1100W power supply.
In addition to ASUS,NVIDIA also聽engages in the development of supercomputer.There is no detailed聽date or price for ESC 1000.
